Day 1: Arrival To S. Vicente

Arrival to Cesaria Evora International Airport! Meet and greet at your hotel.

Day 2: S. Vicente Beaches And Volcanoes

Discover the different scenarios of São Vicente, with its beautiful beaches and extinct volcanoes. We leave Mindelo behind and start our visit by Monte Verde, the highest point of the island. There you can appreciate a beautiful panoramic view, then, Salamansa and its kitesurfing beach, Baía das Gatas known for its music festival and its natural pools (free time for swimming). We will also pass by Praia Grande an incredible white sand beach and finally we arrive at Calhau with its extinct volcanoes, from where we can see the island of Santa Luzia. We return to the city center by the Madeiral road.

Day 3: Cesaria Evora Day

Today the day will be dedicated to Cesária Évora, the barefoot diva and Capeverdean best known worldwide singer. She lived all her life in Mindelo, where she got her passion for music. The tour includes: Visit to Cesária's Museum at the Governor's Palace; passing by an area where she has lived for many years; the Military Quarter of Mindelo, where at 16 years old, she gave her first big concert; walk in the city centre; pass by Cesaria's House in the city center and then we will visit the Guitar Studio of Aniceto Gomes. We will end with a typical meal in a local restaurant.

Day 4: Santo Antão Discovery The Green Island

The day starts with an early transfer to the Mindelo Harbour. After one hour trip, you arrive to a new destination - Santo Antão Island. Tour to discover the main attractions of the island through the famous Corda road. You’ll be passing by Águas das Caldeiras, Ribeira Grande, Ponta de Sol and, of course, Paúl. A fabulous contrast between the aridity of the south side of the island and the forest in the heights, with luxuriant vegetation in the north.

Day 5: Santo Antão Splenderous Nature

Explore the most beautiful streams and picturesque villages. Discovery, Nature, Splendor will be the words of the day, while passing by Garça, Chã de Igreja, Cruzinha, Coculi, Ribeira da Torre and others. A day full of stunning landscapes!

Day 6: Santo Antão Wild Southwest

This morning will start with the discovery of the southwestern side of the island, through volcanic landscapes, pozzolana fields where you will be able to sight beautiful isolated villages... Discovery of Lagedos village known for its sustainable tourism. Get to know this typical landscape, not only for its unique way of planting, in terraces, but also for the colour contrast displayed by the black volcanic rock. Now it's time to say goodbye to the green island and return to S. Vicente.

Day 7: S. Vicente Capverdean Night

Free day Later, at night, you will have the chance to enjoy a typical meal with live music at a local restaurant in Mindelo.

Day 8: Departure Day

Our journey has ended... It's now time to say goodbye to Cape Verde! We hope ypu've enjoyed this journey through Cape Verde's beautiful landscapes, but above all through culture and way of living of its people! Transfer to Cesaria Evora International Airport.
