Day 1: Cancun

Cancun
Arrival at the airport in Cancun and transfer to the hotel Beach Scape or similar. Overnight.

Day 2: Merida

Cancún - Chichen Itza - Cenote - Izamal - Merida
In the morning the car will be delivered to your hotel (8h30). Departure to Merida. We recommend stops along the road as, first of all, Chichen Itza, the Mayan Capital of Yucatán. Here you can admire ruins famous all over the World like the Pyrámid of Kukulkan. Then we suggest you to stop for a refreshing bath in a cenote and finally have a walk around the yellow streets of Izamal, a beautiful colonial town. Arrival in Merida in the late afternoon and overnight at the hotel Colonial or similar.

Day 3: Merida

Merida - Uxmal - Merida
Today we suggest you spend the day to visit Merida and its surroundings. A must see is the archeological zone of Uxmal, one of the most important one of the most important centres of the mayan culture, in the centre of the famous Ruta Puc. Then coming back to Merida you should see other interesting sites of the Ruta Puc like Kabah or the Loltun caves. In the afternoon arrival in Merida to visit the “white city” center, so called because of its colonial buildings. A stop in the “zocalo” (main square) to visit the Cathedral, the Government Palace, the Townhall and the Montejo House. Overnight.

Day 4:

Merida - Valladolid - Tulum/Cobá - Cancún/Riviera Maya
Departure to Valladolid, a charming colonial town with a beautiful Cathedral. Then proceed to Tulum to visit this splendid archeological site located right on the Caribbean beach. Another option could be Cobá, the mayan ruins with the tallest pyramid of Yucatan. Arrival in Cancún or Riviera Maya and overnight in the chosen hotel. Please note this overnight is NOT included.

Day 5:

Car return
In the morning one of our representatives will meet you at the reception of your hotel to pick up the car.
